·          As a distributor we can offer one of the quickest turnaround times due to the cooperation and of quality service of the manufacturer in the industry

·         The Bathing Suit Swimwear products you see are designed and manufactured in California Manufacturing and Fulfillment Headquarters. Each item is inspected to ensure its quality before

·         Leaving our manufacturers facility.

Exchanges Only -  No Returns: 

·         Consider your home our dressing room. When you buy UJ fashions items online, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for our G-string, thong and top & bottom, underwear.  If you wish to exchange an item, please enclose the original invoice with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garments (NO exceptions).

·         All exchanges must be made within 30 days from your invoice date. Returns for exchanges must be received no later than 7 days from the date your request is approved for an exchange - Be sure to have valid tracking information for your package. We never refund shipping and handling charges. 

Unauthorized Returns

If UjENA receives any items returns or exchanges without an authorization this will result in no credit for exchange.

·         In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.

·         Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods this will result in no credit for exchange.  Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our mailing list and no further orders will ever be accepted. 

·         Orders received after 12 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
