<li>We Offer 30-day, money back guarantee. Please follow the steps below to ensure your
return is processed correctly.
<li>All Watches are Shipped in boxes and have a warranty
- All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please call
+1 866-450-1391 to discuss your return with a customer service representative.
- Return the watch in the original box with all original packing
material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and any other materials that
came with the watch.
- You must pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be
refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are
returning. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours.
- If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear
it. Do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets
are not accepted for return. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn,
we will be unable to refund your money, as we do not sell used watches.
- A one time restocking fee of $5.00 will be charged for all
returns to cover expenses. There is a $5.00 fee for each additional item on the
same return. Please note this does not apply in a defective merchandise
situation that is within the 30 day guarantee period.
- Special orders are not returnable.
The exchange policy is the same as the return
policy except for the following:
- A watch can only be exchanged for the exact same watch. The
$5.00 restocking fee is not charged for exchanges.
- Enclose the original order number and reason for exchange
inside the return carton. Still need RMA
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned
merchandise will be credited to your account in the same manner in which the
original charges were initially paid.
All Watchwholesalers.com products are covered by the original
manufacturer's warranty. Please consult the paperwork that came with your order
as to the steps you need to take to make contact with the manufacturer of the
watch for further information after 30 days from receipt of watch.
