
Return Policy Information
We realize that all sales may not be final. If one of our merchants or their customers makes a
purchase and wish to return the product, you have 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the
return within the first 30 days of the product leaving our warehouse.
To initiate a return, all merchants must call in and get a Return Authorization. Returns will not be
accepted without authorization. This is to ensure that the return is processed in the most efficient
manner possible. Please make sure to include your order number and return information to ensure
proper processing.
When a customer of our merchants wishes to return product, they must inform the merchant, within
30 days and then go to http://www.yourshipping.com/ and generate the return form to include in the
package. If this does not happen, we do not know where the package came from and the merchant
will not receive credit for the return.
There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.
1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.
2. Customized chips of any kind cannot be returned.
3. If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.
4. We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Copal or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be
refunded.
5. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they can only exchange it for a similar product of
equal or lesser value.
6. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the
merchant. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will
be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY. However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a
defective or incorrectly shipped item that you want an exchange on.
If a product arrives damaged, Www.AlihamsGiftOutlet.com must be notified immediately. Once we
are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has
been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement is sent out.
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment
without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, Trademark Global is not responsible for replacing
the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the
shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected,
no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped, this will need to be sent back to us. If this is to
occur, Www.AlihamsGiftOutlet.com must be notified immediately. The customer will need to pay for
the return Ground shipping but will be reimbursed up to the amount originally paid once the product
has been received. We recommend returning the product with a carrier that offers a tracking number.
We are not responsible for returns that do not arrive to our warehouse. They will only be reimbursed
if they are exchanging it for another product. If there is no exchange, then there will be no refund of
return shipping.
Refunds of any kind will only be issued to the merchant and then it will then be the merchant’s
responsibility to refund their customer. The merchant will be refunded in the same manner of payment
that they paid for the original order with. For example, if the order was placed with a Visa card then
it will be refunded to that same Visa credit card.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than
2 weeks, please contact your Sales Representative for any questions you may have.

Out of Stock Item
You cannot place an order for items currently not in-stock. If you are receiving error messages about
a certain item, it is most likely out of stock and unavailable for order at this time.

Changing an Order
We cannot change an order once it’s been printed in our warehouse. We can cancel the order for
you, providing it has not shipped yet, and you may remake the order with appropriate changes

How are products refurbished or reconditioned?
•Every product targeted for refurbishing or reconditioning must pass a thorough examination.
•After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the
original manufacturer or a reputable professional outside firm may perform the refurbishing, or
reconditioning, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition.
How do I identify Refurbished or Reconditioned products?
•We note these products on our site with an icon and the words Refurbished or Reconditioned.
•When you see the Refurbished or Reconditioned icon, you know you're in for a great deal on a
fantastic product!
Refurbished, Reconditioned, or Factory-Serviced, what's the difference?
•You've looked around and perhaps seen the terms “Refurbished,” “Reconditioned” or
“Factory-serviced.” Various retailers use slightly different terminology.
•Any item listed on our site as Refurbished or Reconditioned meets the same standards listed above
and the work is either performed by the original manufacturer or by professionals trained to perform
these services.
Will “Refurbished" or "Reconditioned” products come in different packaging?
•By law, product packaging must state if an item is refurbished or reconditioned, consequently, some
items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that the item is refurbished,
reconditioned, or factory-serviced, or may come repackaged in a plain brown or white box.
•Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, for example) that are not included
with the refurbished or reconditioned product.
•Be sure to read over the product information page on our site for a list of accessories included with
refurbished or reconditioned products.
What makes a “Refurbished" or "Reconditioned” item such an excellent purchase?
•Refurbished or reconditioned products maintain high quality standards.
•Each item is checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. In fact, refurbished or
reconditioned goods have a very low rate of return. The price you pay for a refurbished or
reconditioned item is much lower than retail price.
Customers return products for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the
product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day,
such an item must be identified as refurbished or reconditioned to be resold.
Open Box:
•As the name implies, this refers to a product that someone bought but merely "opened the box", and
does not show any signs of wear and tear.
Customer Returns:
•This refers to products that the customer opened and may have briefly used, and as a result, the
product may show a small amount of wear and tear.

Shipping Carriers:
AlihamsGiftOutlet.com only uses US Postal Service, UPS and ABF Freight to ship their products,
unless a specified carrier is picking up, and an appointment is made.
For pickups from another carrier, please call our customer service department to inquire about a time
and date, when ordering at 1-866-450-1391 US Postal Service can only be used for packages less
than 2 lbs. Orders over 2 lbs. will be shipped by UPS, unless specified otherwise.
When will your package arrive:
Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major
holidays. For example, If an order is sent via UPS 2nd day Air, and ordered on a Monday by 2pm
EST, it would arrive on Wednesday.
UPS orders with Ground service do not have shipping priority, and do not have a guaranteed
shipping date.
Transit times to your location can be found in the UPS transit map (shown below).
Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific guaranteed transit times. US
Postal service orders have no guaranteed transit times, and are not point-to-point traceable.
