All sales are final. Most of our jewelry is custom made just for you and we invest a great deal in getting it made specifically for you, since we have to pay the manufacture upfront we require you to pay us upfront as well because your jewelry is being made to order just for you. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme closeups of the images.
We will make every effort to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your product however; once you purchase this product it is yours. There is absolutely no refunds, return, or exchanges on this product.
Due to the nature of the internet, the ability to place an order does not guarantee availability as simultaneous orders are possible. You will not be charged unless the product is available.
Your upfront payment is a full deposit on your jewelry and once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the jewelry.
If you purchase items that are custom made or the item is out of stock you agree to wait the 14-30 days which is usually the time it takes to make most products. You will not be able to cancel the order for any reason.
If the jewelry is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2 business days as being damaged, we will apply for the insurance to cover the loss and we may require a letter from you and possible photo as well as the return to us of the damaged merchandize to show the insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 21 days to get resolved.
Since the shipment is FOB Shanghai, China or Miami, Florida, USA, we are not responsible for any shipment lost or damage but will place the insurance claim for you!
All liquidation items are sold AS-IS and no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
When you purchase these items you do so under this no return no refund policy and knowing that the
product is sold AS-IS.
Substitutions are also offered - however if you do not agree to a substituion via an email request you order will be cancelled within 5 days and no substitution will be sent.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Once you place an order the order is final as items that are custom made are made just for you.
Most of this Jewelry is manufactured and each and every piece only exists for you. Generally genuine
diamonds are H-I color, SI clarity except for promotional materials (less expensive items) in which case they are promotional grade and that means they are not rated and can have many defects. In this world of machine automation, you still get craftsmen working just for you.
Since many of our jewelry is custom made and we follow the Dell Model to keep prices down, we charge your Credit Card at the time of purchase as a deposit for the manufacturing of the jewelry.
Jewelry Liquidation and Close-out Sales:
Our jewelry liquidation and jewelry closeout sales are for new products (unless otherwise stated in the product description) that have been discontinued or are jewelry close-outs and jewelry liquidations from other jewelry merchants.
Due to growing success, other major jewelry manufacturers and merchants are entrusting us with selling their surplus jewelry, discontinued jewelry, and jewelry close-outs. These products are available on a limited quantity and are on a first-come first-served basis. Once each lot is sold another lot may not be available to replace it.
