Shipping Policy


Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our policy is to ship all orders by the second business day, however, if you need something quicker and guaranteed, express fees are available. To ship the same day you place the order, there is a $25.00 express fee, and orders must be received by 12 Noon C.S.I. (Central Standard Time). To ship the next business day, there is a $10.00 express fee, and orders must be received by 3:00pm C.S.T.  You must still allow the usual transit time for UPS or truck.

Shipping is available to ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA


There is a $100.00 minimum order for shipments to Canada. We cannot ship by Parcel Post to Canada. No drop ships allowed to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

For orders weighing less than 200 Ibs, we recommend UPS Ground or UPS 3-day Select. Remember, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box - a physical address is required.

We also ship by Parcel Post, Priority Mail and most freight lines. We have a traffic department to get freight quotes for you. We can ship freight "collect1 by the carrier of your choice or we can ship "prepaid" and bill you on your invoice. SHIPMENTS SHORTED OR DAMAGED

If any carton(s) is missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. Send a copy of the signed freight bill, a copy of your invoice and a list of the items short or damaged to our Traffic Department. We will file your claim for you and issue credit when payment is received from the freight carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damaged carton(s). Send a copy of the inspection report along with your paperwork for us to file a claim. All damaged items and packing materials must be kept until your credit is received. Obviously, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship.

Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.

 

OUT OF-STOCK MERCHANDISE

Is usually back in stock within 15-30 days. You may request an item be put on backorder ($50.00 of an item or more) so it ships automatically when it is back in stock.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. After initial inspection, if you are not happy with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 10 days for exchange or credit. A15% restocking fee will apply.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product's copy block in the for extended warranty information. Some products come with limited one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.
