Order Processing Time
Once we receive the order from our Bridal Retailers, we usually ship each order within 2-3 business days.
Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.
For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized items.
For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have
special processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any one item on your
order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship
all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs. **Minimum $15.00 order.
Most orders are shipped standard shiping - If a shipment is under 16ounces it will go out USPS and may take londer to receive.
Add Ons
We ship most orders within 2 business days and are unable to add on to any orders.
Back Orders
If you would like an item that is currently shown as out of stock, please check the stock dates online
to see the approximate arrival date before finalizing your order. If you do order an out of stock item it may ship
separately and, if so, will incur an additional freight charge.
Returns
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final.

Replacements
Cathy's Concepts strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%.
Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department
at (866) 450-1391 within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. You must have the original invoice number
when you call. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a
replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from
the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from
our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization
is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.
When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope,
or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us.
Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
Wedding personalization for accessories and gifts
Cathy's Concepts offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown
on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions.
All sales are final on personalized items. Should your store receive a personalized item that is damaged,
You must call within 2 business days of receipt of shipment and we will gladly replace the same item with the
same personalization.

Cathy's Concepts does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final.
Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact your retailer within 48 hours
upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.
