Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards

Order Processing

All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day.
Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred
from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Ric
orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.


Orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida 33610. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending
on your location.


Gift Wrapping


Gift wrapping can be selected for your package for a small fee of $6. You can select from four different occasions
for gift wrapping: Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and bridal. A generic wrapping paper will be used to suite the
occasion selected. You can also personalize your gift with a To: / From: tag and we will also include a ribbon suited
for the occasion. Gift wrapping your package may delay shipment 1-2 business days and is available year round.



Shipping Cost

We ship from Tampa Fl your shipping is calculated at check out. Free shipping for orders over $250, Unusually heavy items may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified before any charges are applied to your card.
SalesTax


7% Sales Tax to any order that is being billed within the state of Florida.

8.1/4%  Sales Tax to any order that is within the state of  New York.

International Orders Available to Canada ONLY

We ship packages via the US Postal Service Global Express (a customs or brokers fee may be due upon delivery).
We do ship items internationally to OUR CUSTOMERS ONLY via the US Postal Service (Global Express).
A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the receipient of the package.

Return Policy

  • All merchandise is guaranteed for  30 DAYS  from original date of purchase.
  • Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
  • No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.

  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
  • To get an RA number log in, then select the 'Return Authorization Form' link  from the 'My Account' tab and follow the instructions.
  • When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
