Dry Cleaning Damage
Dry cleaning damage is not a manufacturer defect, all returns and exchanges
can only be made through
the retail store of purchase. We are more than
confident that we manufacture only top quality merchandise.
All Veratex items,
before entering production are thoroughly tested by the government testing
facility SGSUS Testing.
This is not required in our industry, but we feel the
expense is worth it as there is a considerable cost involved when
setting up a
new pattern in our line. We manufacture by the thousands and would not risk
faulty product that would
only incur more costs in returns from retail stores.
Therefore our items are always "problem free" before they ever hit
the consumer
market place. In addition, your particular pattern has a long history, over 3
years, with thousands of comforters
in circulation that have no such problems as
you have described. We would kindly suggest that you speak with your
dry
cleaners and perhaps they can replace this for you.
Conditions
Veratex uses UPS and can ship only to places that UPS can reach - P.O. Boxes
cannot be used as a ship-to address
In case of a lost package, Veratex will attempt to recover it. Packages will be insured according to the current insurance
agreement that
Veratex has with UPS.
The reseller pays the freight on all shipments.
Shipping Could Take up to 2 - 4 Weeks
Returns
Veratex does not take returns except for defective merchandise. In the case of defective merchandise
Veratex will replace the defective
item upon receipt of the defective product.
