Product Policy Information

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is placed and begins the fulfillment process, it becomes difficult to cancel. Should you need
to cancel an order prior to shipment we will do our best to stop it. However, if we are unable to stop it from
shipping then it must go through the return policy and procedures. Special orders may not be cancelled.
To attempt a cancellation please call us immediately. The order should not be considered cancelled until we have
acknowledged they we were able to stop the shipment. Again, there is no guarantee cancellation
once the order is submitted!

Service Refunds in General:

Any claims for service refunds or financial adjustments to your account must be submitted in writing
within 60 days of the date such charges were placed on your account.

 

Product Returns in General:

The following applies to the “As Seen On TV” Product line, other lines will either post a specific
returns policy or follow this policy, please note some products have specific policies which can be found in the “Fast Facts”
section of the item description.

Our Return Policies are based on the product, order type, value and destination.
We reserve the right to choose and administer the correct return policy for your order.

 

Time to request an RMA: 30 days from delivery date to request an RMA,
15 days from RMA issue date to return the product to our warehouse.

Return for exchange or refund.
Types of returns accepted: All returns for any reason

Exceptions: EXCHANGES ONLY on tapes, videos, DVD's, CD's and video games. Some items
may have special return policies. Such policies will be indicated in the "Fast Facts" section of the product’s
online listing.

20% restock fee for all non-defective merchandise.
 

Shipping Damage:

If you receive an item that is broke due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival.
You MUST make a claim within three (3) Business days. If the claim is made within three business
days we will issue you a prepaid label for you to return the product and will send you a replacement
at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item. If you are in need of the product quickly, you
may elect to have us send the replacement in advance along with the prepaid return shipping label.
If this option is elected you will be charged for the entire cost of sending you the replacement in
advance, this charge will be refunded once we have received the return product. In some cases we
may instruct you to hold the product for inspection and pickup by the Carrier, such as UPS. In other
cases you be instructed to bring the product labeled with our prepaid return shipping label to the
nearest UPS Store or Post Office for drop off. If the item is returned but determined that it was damaged
after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard return policy will be applied and all of the
additional cost will be at your expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates
to this policy. If the claim is not made within three business days, our standard Return Policy and Procedure will apply.

 

Returns for: International drop ship orders (not currently offered)

To qualify the order must be a drop ship order being sent to a consumer internationally. This policy is NOT
valid for orders intended for resale bulk purchases or for orders shipped within the USA. You will be
responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping and handling cost including any brokerage fees, taxes, or duties

Types of returns accepted: Defects only We do not offer consignment or guaranteed sale and therefore we will not accept merchandise you have failed to sell for any reason. To avoid such problems we offer you the privilege
of ordering in small quantities, so there is no need to overstock.

Note: There may sometimes be special return circumstances that will warrant a refund
(with management approval).On these special approved refund returns, we will charge a minimum
of a 20% restocking fee.
