We do our best to avoid returns on any merchandise however sometimes for various reasons you make need to return a product.

You should always check individual Product Policy Information on the more info page of a product.  If you do cannot locate that link contact customer service for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise /  Exchanges /Refused Shipments

  • Generally most products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund 
    • All items must be returned in their original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for sheets, shower curtains, and toilet seats. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
    • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.  Some items may also have a 10 - 20% restocking fee.
    • Items warranted by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
    • Do not return any orders to the vendor or manufacturer without contacting customer service first for an RMA or Return Authorization number
    • Any returned order sent to another location will be subject to an additional fee. Orders come from many different locations and a return authorization must be issued for every return.  You will receive the exact instructions needed for a return when you contact us.
    Take Photos! Anytime an item is damaged, we can expedite your claim if there are photos or the damaged item as well as the box the goods came in.. Sometimes the courior may be responsible for the damage.. We want to know that! 
    • To exchange a product you have purchased please use directions above
    • We recommend you place a new order for the item you like as soon as possible. Products have limited availability and can sell out at any time
    • Once your valid return has been received your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 24 hours, however it may not show on your credit card for 5 -10 days.
    • Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from AlihamsGiftOutlet.com
    No Refunds are available on returns or exchanges for:
    • Veratex Bedding Items
    • Video Game Software or Dvd
    • For Personalized Items 
    • For personalized options please read personalization’s requirements carefully - colors, number of characters, etc. and include your request in an email with your order item number.  There are no refunds on personalized items and personalizations will not be done automatically or without written request including the information. An email request for personalization options will be given.  If no response within 24hrs, item will be shipped without personalization.

    Exchanges Only (no thongs are exchangeable) - Customer is responsible for all shipping cost on the exchanges  & providing  any information/details that will assist in processing the claim quicker.  

    1. Note any damages -TAKE PHOTOS  and email them to customerhelp@alihamsgiftoutlet.com with your order# and phone number & brief description of the damage or reason for return. 
    2. If there is obvious damage to the carton or product before the courier is able to leave the merchandise - you may Refuse the shipment- again TAKE PHOTOS IF POSSIBLE - you could incur restocking fees if the item is refused without valid cause or pre-approval
    3.  Be prepared to provide photographs on all damages. Cartons and Merchandise! 
    4. Call & request an RMA for the return

Due to the nature of the internet, the ability to place an order does not guarantee availability as simultaneous orders are possible.  If the product is no longer available we will offer a substitution to you if available should you decline the substitution your credit card with be refunded immediately, and no substitution will be sent. 

BACKORDERS:

In most cases you will not be able to add an item to cart if it is on backorder.. You will receive a message that this item is not available in the current price set.  Which means it is out of stock.. You can email us for a product availability date or request a similar item.  Often the item may be available in another color or size.. It just depends on the item.

If you order an item and the oreder should go through & for some reason the item is out of stock You will be notified 1st via email - with a substitution option if there is one available.  You will NEVER BE SENT A SUBSTITUTION WIHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL. Y
ou can advise us at that time how to proceed with your order.  Via cancel, substiute, or wait for the item to return to stock.   

If you accept to keep an order on backorder we can backorder for 30 days only.. After 30 days your order will be canceled automatically as a part of our store policy.. You will receive another email letting you know that the 30 days has expired and your order has been canceled.  You would need to re-order at that time.  At no time will your means of payment be processed until your order is shipped.  If you use paypal account your funds will remain in a holding status only & refunded/released if deemed necessary. 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or shipping information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Don't Refuse Orders: 

Some manufactures with hold you responsible for a 20% Returns Processing Charge for refused orders in addition to all freight charges. No future orders will be shipped unless this charge is paid. Don't Refuse Orders!  Contact Us First!
