Generally most products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund
• All items must be returned in their original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for sheets, shower curtains, and toilet seats. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
• Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Some items may also have a 10 - 20% restocking fee.
• Items warranted by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
• Do not return any orders to the vendor or manufacturer without contacting customer service first for an RMA or Return Authorization number
• Any returned order sent to another location will be subject to an additional fee. Orders come from many different locations and a return authorization must be issued for every return. You will receive the exact instructions needed for a return when you contact us.
• Take Photos
! Anytime an item is damaged, we can expedite your claim if there are photos or the damaged item as well as the box the goods came in.. Sometimes the courior may be responsible for the damage.. We want to know that!
• To exchange a product you have purchased please use directions above
• We recommend you place a new order for the item you like as soon as possible. Products have limited availability and can sell out at any time
• Once your valid return has been received your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 24 hours, however it may not show on your credit card for 5 -10 days.
• Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from AlihamsGiftOutlet.com
No Refunds are available on returns or exchanges for:

• Video Game Software or Dvd
• For Personalized Items
• For personalized options please read personalization’s requirements carefully - colors, number of characters, etc. and include your request in an email with your order item number. There are no refunds on personalized items and personalizations will not be done automatically or without written request including the information. An email request for personalization options will be given. If no response within 24hrs, item will be shipped without personalization.
Exchanges Only (no thongs are exchangeable) - Customer is responsible for all shipping cost on the exchanges & providing any information/details that will assist in processing the claim quicker.
- Note any damages -TAKE PHOTOS and email them to email@example.com with your order# and phone number & brief description of the damage or reason for return.
- If there is obvious damage to the carton or product before the courier is able to leave the merchandise - you may Refuse the shipment- again TAKE PHOTOS IF POSSIBLE - you could incur restocking fees if the item is refused without valid cause or pre-approval
- Be prepared to provide photographs on all damages. Cartons and Merchandise!
