Cancelling an Order

There is no guarauntee that an order can be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Special Order items will incur a 10% restocking fee in most cases
if cancelled prior to shipment. Special order items that are already in production are not cancellable. Items are produced and ordered directly for our customers and shipping times are noted per item. Emails for cancellations in most cases will not be accepted  & Returns without RA authorization are at risk of not being credited properly.
