 Tumbleweed Babies,  carefully selects the ingredients we add to your diaper cake for safety, style and usefulness.

Diapers
* All Deluxe Diaper Cakes, Theme Diaper Cakes, Baby Cakes and Sprout Cakes include brand name Disposable Diapers, usually Pampers or Luv's.
* Cloth Diaper Cakes include diaper service quality prefold infant size cloth diapers.
* Organic and Eco-Friendly diaper cakes include Seventh Generation disposable diapers (Chlorine-free, Hypo-allergenic, Fragrance and latex-free, Premium fit and absorbency ~ cloth-like comfort and perform just as well as conventional brands).

Deluxe Diaper Cake Accessory Items
If applicable, the accessory items we add to your cake may include:
* Brush & Comb Set
* Washcloths
* Pacifier
* Pacifier Clip
* Rattle
* Teether
* Nail Clipper
* Nasal Aspirator
* Medicine Dropper
* Baby Socks
* Baby Skin & Bath Care products (details below)

Baby Skin Care Products
Unless otherwise noted, the standard baby care product we add to our diaper cakes is the Johnson's Baby Take-Along Pack (all or part of the pack, depending on diaper cake size).
Most diaper cakes can be upgraded to include Burt's Bees Baby Bee products. Eco-Friendly and Organic Diaper Cakes automatically include Burt's Bees or similar, natural and/or organic baby products.  

ORDER PROCESSING
Unless otherwise stated, orders usually ship in 2-5 business days. We process and ship orders as quick as possible.  If you want a rush order please contact customer service first to make sure we can meet your expected delivery date.  Personalized orders may take longer so allow enough time for your gift presentation date.

RUSH ORDERS
It's always best to call us if you need your order in a hurry. There is no extra charge for rush service but be prepared to pay for express service delivery charges based on your choice of shipping method  to assure timely delivery.

SHIPPING
We ship to USA, APO/FPO and Canadian addresses ONLY.
* Standard delivery is usually via DHL. The map shown illustrates estimated standard (ground) transit times. Some items may ship via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex at our discretion.
* Delivery to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS only and "At Your Own Risk"!
* Estimated Delivery Charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart.
* Depending on the total weight of your order, box size and box quantity, delivery charges may be more. We will e-mail you if extra charges apply.

CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled. If at any time we allow an exception, a 15% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

RETURNS
Because so many of our products are handmade, hand finished, personalized and/or made to order, returns are only accepted in the event products were damaged during shipping or we filled your order incorrectly. Items cannot be returned without first receiving a Return Authorization number from us.

DISCLAIMER
We will always do everything possible to make sure you are satified with the results of making purchasing through our website and do not anticipate any problems with your order, however we are not to be held liable for any loss incurred through the use of this website, products and/or the information contained herein. If you are dissatisfied, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website. We assume no liability for packages lost, damaged or destroyed due to events beyond our control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, man-made disasters.
