Ordering:
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving the order.  All orders should be placed through our site unless otherwise negotiated with your representative. Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

Shipping:

At this time we are primarily shipping with Fed Ex Home Delivery. We have found them to have the best rates and service for our company. If in the event we find a better rate we will use alternate shipping methods to getthe best rate.
• Most products are shipped in standard size packaging with the exception of the 2 n 1 bathtub
which ships as an oversized product.
• You can find the weight of each item listed on our website in the description of the item.
• You may direct all shipping questions to your Mom Innovations representative.

Return Policy:

1.You may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

2. To ensure product integrity AND for health, hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on any kind of personal items such as potty training pants, potty seats, potty chairs, urinals - anything that may have come in contact with urine or feces. for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used,installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been assembled, unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs and any personalized items.

3. New and unused means saleable condition, not used, worn or dirty.

4. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping.

5. A restocking fee of 15% up to a maximum of $8 will be applied to all returns.

6. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and credit request to be processed.
