We do our best to avoid returns on any merchandise however on occassion for various reasons you make need to return a product. You should always check individual Product Policy Information on the more info page of a product.  If you cannot locate that link contact customer service for assistance.

  •  Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns. There may be exceptions depending on the circumstances.
  • All items must be returned in there original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for sheets, shower curtains, and toilet seats.
  • We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
  • All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
  • Items warranteed by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
  • Do not return any orders to the vendor or manufacturer without approval and an RMA #
  • Any returned order sent to another location will be subject to an additional fee & proper credit may not be applied.
  
 
Refused Shipments / Damaged or Defective Merchandise /  Exchanges
  • Orders come from many different locations and a return authorization must be issued for every return.
  • Our authorization form will detail where to return your merchandise. Items that are returned to the incorrect location can/will be refused. 
  • To exchange a product you have purchased please use the following directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible and/or call for availability.
  • When will my credit card be refunded?
    Once your valid return has been received your refund will be processed in the original form of payment or by check within 24 hours, however it may not show on your credit card for 5 -10 days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from AlihamsGiftOutlet.com
